Biography

With over 20 years of experience in the education sector, I bring a deep and broad understanding of teaching and learning across a range of settings. I studied at the University of Cambridge and the Institute of Education, and my career has taken me across East Anglia and London, where I have specialised in SEND, Early Years, and Primary Education. I have also worked in both Special Schools and Independent schools.

I am trained and experienced in supporting children and young people with a wide range of neurodiverse needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA), Foetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD), dyslexia, School Avoidance (EBSA and ABSA), trauma, and Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs).

As a qualified and experienced SENDCo, I understand the challenges—both practical and emotional—that families and schools face within the SEND system. I work to navigate these complexities with empathy and expertise, ensuring that each child or young person receives the tailored support and provision they need to thrive.

Based in Cambridge, I can offer in-person support for local families and schools, as well as remote sessions available nationwide.

Schedule your consultation today and discover tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of your child. As an experienced professional I am committed to providing personalised support and guidance on your journey.
