Screening can provide clarity and help you make sense of lifelong challenges.

Many adults only realise in adulthood that their differences are neurodivergent traits.

Early recognition can improve relationships, wellbeing, and work-life satisfaction.

This service is for adults who suspect they may have ASD or ADHD especially those who reflect on childhood struggles and wonder if neurodiversity played a part. You don’t need a formal diagnosis to start understanding yourself.

How It Works

  • Initial one hour 1:1 online meeting

  • Complete our confidential online questionnaire

  • Receive a personalised screening report.

  • Get guidance on next steps, including full diagnostic pathways if needed.

Do I need a referral? → No, anyone can complete our screening.

Will this give me a diagnosis? → Screening is an initial step; it can indicate whether a full diagnostic assessment is recommended.

Is this confidential? → Yes, your responses are completely confidential.
