Family Services
Every family wants the best for their child, and every child deserves access to the right support tailored to their individual needs.
Navigating the SEND system can often feel overwhelming and, at times, frustrating. I offer a range of services designed to support families through this process. I will help you feel informed, empowered, and confident in securing the right outcomes for your child.
The examples below highlight just some of the ways I support families, schools, and children but every situation is unique. With experience and compassion at the heart of my practice, I’m committed to offering flexible, personalised support, and will provide reassurance, clarity, and meaningful progress every step of the way.

A pre-meeting consultation with parents/carers to discuss the purpose of the meeting, priorities, and any concerns

My role is to work alongside you and the professionals involved to ensure your child’s needs are clearly understood and effectively represented.
Annual Reviews & SEND Meetings
Observations & Screeners
£75 per hour
I work directly with children and young people to gather independent evidence of their needs through the use of screening tools and observations. This includes screening for indicators of ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and dyslexia.
Each screening is thorough and involves time spent with the child or young person, along with input from parents, carers, and other relevant professionals. Following this process, a detailed summary report is provided.
This report highlights areas where the child or young person may be showing signs of neurodiverse needs and can be used as supporting evidence when seeking further assessment—such as an ADHD referral—through your GP or school.
EHCNA Package
£350
Applying for an Education, Health and Care Needs Assessment (EHCNA) can be a complex and time-consuming process. I offer comprehensive support to guide families through each stage, ensuring the application is clear, detailed, and fully represents the child’s needs.
This package includes:
An initial online consultation to explain the process and gather key information
A meeting with the child or young person, where appropriate, to understand their views and experiences
Collating, writing, and submitting the paperwork for a needs assessment, with the goal of securing an EHCP
Liaising with the school and gathering relevant information and supporting evidence
A follow-up online consultation after the Local Authority’s decision, offering advice on next steps
Bespoke Workshops
£75 per hour
I offer one-hour, online tailored workshops and sessions for parents and carers, focusing on specific areas of need identified by you or by professionals working with your child. These sessions are designed to offer practical guidance, helpful strategies, and insights that can be put into practice straight away.
Recent workshops have included topics such as Supporting Your Child at Risk of Emotionally Based School Avoidance (EBSA) and Understanding Triggers for a Child with Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA). Each session is personalised to your child’s unique situation and aims to support you in feeling more confident and equipped in your role.
EHCP Package
£300
Reviewing an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) can be a detailed and overwhelming process. This support package is designed to help families feel confident that the EHCP accurately reflects their child’s needs and aligns with professional advice.
This package includes:
An initial online consultation to discuss concerns and priorities
A thorough review and suggested amendments to EHCP
Cross-checking the EHCP against professional reports and recommendations
Reviewing Assess, Plan, Do, Review (APDR) documents
A follow-up online consultation to share the amended EHCP and offer guidance on next steps
This service helps ensure your child’s EHCP is as robust, accurate, and effective as possible.
